We are a quality catering company operating in Yorkshire in the North of England. The trailers that we use are fully equipped and can handle almost any type of catering event.

The unit was built by a
company called JFK's in Lincoln. They use exacting
standards, and only the best materials available taking account
of the latest guidelines issued by local authorities.
The catering trailer is
very well specified. It is fitted with twin griddles, very
large bain maries, industrial chip fryers, and a 6 ring Lincat
catering cooking range. A pump automatically feeds
water to the water heater, boiler and taps. All surfaces
and splash backs are stainless steel.

For food storage, there is a 6 foot drinks cooler, a
freezer and a fridge for storing chilled food. A bread
rack is installed, capable of holding approximately 700
bread buns.
Externally there is a very large stainless steel water
tank, plus a generator which supplies power when not on
mains hook up.

large or small the catering unit can handle any number of
customers requiring a variety of food, whether they
require burger and fries, a curry or a filled Yorkshire
Pudding. |
